For Saint Peter: Chairs and Magic

Dear Readers,

In the spirit of the day – the Feast of the Chair of St. Peter – I present you a beautiful piece of musical genius (a mix of polyphonic English and Gregorian chant in Latin):

Say a prayer for Christian unity!

On another note, keep praying for the success of the revolutions in the Middle East to bring about just, peaceful, and truly democratic governments. They’ve had hundreds of years of oppression and only now have the chance to have a real representative democracy. On that same note, here’s the finalist for Turkey’s Got Talent (it’s not in English, but you can understand the magic trick anyway – it’s VERY good):

Yours in Christ,

Br. James Dominic, OP
